The Dance Corner is a local dance studio based in the Maraetai Beach Community Hall.
The Dance Corner aims to provide quality dance lessons in Jazz, Ballet and Hip Hop. Throughout the year students will be given opportunities to participate in a range of dance experiences, such as NZAMD syllabus exam work were they will receive a nationally recognised qualification and our annual dance production. All of these opportunities are fun, non-compulsory and encouraging for the student to ensure that they experience the love of dance.

Throughout the year students will be given opportunities to participate in a range of dance experiences, such as NZAMD syllabus exam work where they will receive a nationally recognised qualification and our annual dance production. All of these opportunities are fun, non-compulsory and encouraging for the student to ensure that they experience the love of dance.

We practice for these exams in term 3 and 4 and students are required to purchase the correct uniform.

The Dance Corner dancers provides opportunities for our advance students to participate in dance competitions around Auckland. Students can participate in solo private lessons to improve their skills.

Every year The Dance Corner students get the opportunity to perform a dance practiced in class on stage in front of a large audience. We have so much fun at our Showcases! you don't want to miss it! Our next Showcase will be held on 25th and 26th of June 2016.
